A panel of learned Judges

The panel of Judges

So I mentioned previously that I needed some means of adjudicating between the worthy contestants. Dice were suggested by a party who shall remain nameless.  Dice would be entirely inappropriate as they would be completely random.  What this situation requires is a detailed and rigorous appreciation of the merits of the case.  With that in mind I have selected a panel of two learned Judges to give their opinion.

The Voting

The Judges have reviewed each answer in depth and will mull over them this evening. They will then cast a vote for the contestant they think is most deserving.

Whichever bowl is empty tomorrow - shall be judged to be the winner!

  1. And if all bowls are empty? What then?

  3. A sad day when a so called wargamer confesses to not believing that rolling up at critical moments is a sign of great intelligence and superior tabletop generalship. A sad day.

  4. Do you know, I'd forgotten, if I realised at all, that I had entered a competition. I have no doubt that with judges of such obviously impeccable probity their choice shall be well deserving.

  5. Next step is to use such decision making /judging methodology in solo wargaming to decide what your opponent will do. Market the idea quickly and cash in on the pre Christmas rush. Every wargamer should have one ,two or more...

  8. This seems like one of those rare situations where bribing the judges might not work. Starving a judge ahead of time might work, though. And how would you do a recount?

    1. I am shocked to find a man of the cloth thinking of such corrupt and immoral behaviour.
